Product Description:

The auger (commonly known as a "reamer") is the most crucial and most demanding wear component in the lower extrusion section of a two-stage vacuum extruder. Installed within a sealed mud cylinder, it directly handles the conveying, extrusion, kneading, and degassing (under vacuum) of the mud material from the upper stage, establishing high pressure to force the mud through the die head, forming a dense, continuous mud strip.
 
The reamer's performance, wear resistance, and design directly determine the extruder's extrusion efficiency, mud strip quality, energy consumption, and the stability and maintenance costs of the equipment.
